Description
Tylose powder is used for the creation of artistic flowers, edible toys and edible cake art only when added food sugar paste/ sugar fondant when mixed in sugar paste/ fondant adds elasticity and decreases drying time.
Ingredients : Carboxymethylcellulose, viscosity (10000 cps)
How to use : Add 5-10g of tylose powder with help of vegetable margarine to 500g of fondant/sugar paste. knead it in and let it rest overnight before using. dry humidity less tylose high humidity more tylose.
